We celebrate love and friendship each and every day around here. Some folks say we "wear our heart on our sleeve." The term originated in the Middle Ages when young men and women drew names (written on a paper heart, of course) from a bowl to see who their Valentines would be. They would then wear the name pinned on their sleeves for one week. To wear your heart on your sleeve now means that it is easy for other people to know how you are feeling.
